  • Hears and decides upon appeals to the Plains Township Zoning Ordinance, including the Zoning District Map
  • Hears and decides on requests for variances and special exceptions

Zoning Hearing Application  After receipt of a completed Hearing application and supporting documents, legal advertisements are published (two consecutive weeks, with the hearing held a week after last publication).  The applicant presents the project to the Zoning Hearing Board for a decision.
